Choc Chip Cookies
Ingredients
200 grams choc chips
2 cups Self Raising flour
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
250 grams softened butter
Method
Pre heat oven to 180c
Beat sugars, vanilla and softened butter together until it forms a creamy mix.
Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
Mix through choc chips.
Mix through flour.
Place teaspoon full of dough onto a greased tray. Repeat until tray is full. (Note : remember to space between each biscuit as they will spread)
Cook in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
Store in an air tight container once they are cooled.
