Quick Quiche

Quick is not really a good name for this as the cooking part is not all that quick.
Here it is.

4 eggs
4 rashers bacon, sliced into thin strips
1 cup of grated cheese
1 onion, finely diced
1.25 cup of self raising flour (for that extra lift)
2 cups of milk
125 grams melted butter

  1. Pre-heat oven to a moderately slow temperature (160 degrees Celsius)
  2. Beat eggs and milk together
  3. Add in flour and butter to egg mix. Mix well to combine.
  4. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well
  5. Pour into a greased pie dish, or cake tin.
  6. Cook for 1 hour or until set and browned on top.
